 REGISTRACIONES DE PRIMER & SEGUNDO AÑO  

 

 Documentos que necesita para registración:

Primer Año: Acta de nacimiento y Bautismo. El niño de haber cumplido ya siete años.

Si su hijo/a asistió a nuestro programa el año anterior, solamente necesita presentarse y revisar su hoja de información, firmar el contrato y pagar la inscripción.

Segundo Año: Si su hija o hijo cursó el primer año en otra iglesia, y desea que continúe en nuestra parroquia necesita una carta indicando que el niño/a pasó a Segundo año, su acta de nacimiento y su fe de bautismo, llenar la solicitud, y pagar la cuota

CCD FIRST- AND SECOND YEAR REGISTRATIONS

 

Documents you need for Registrations:

First Year: Birth Certificate and baptism If your child attended our program last year, you only need to look over the information sheet, sign the contract, and pay the fee.

Second Year: If your child is transferring into our Program you will need a letter indicating that the child was promoted to the second, year, a copy of this child’s birth certificate & baptismal certificate, fill out the application and pay the fee.

CONFIRMACION: El alumno tiene que haber cumplido 14 años para finales de Abril del año en curso. Documentos que necesita:

• Certificado de Nacimiento
• Certificado de Bautismo
• Certificado de Primera Comunión
• Cuota

CONFIRMATION: Your child must be 14 years of age by the end of April of the current year and bring the followings documents:

PARA PRIMERA COMUNION Y CONFIRMACION

Para Confirmación: (haber cumplido los 15 años)

• Acta de nacimiento
• Fe de Bautismo
• Fe de Primera Comunión
• Evaluación escolar. (I.P.)
